The classic story of boy next door …

Senior year of college we moved into houses across the street from each other and one of my roommates had pointed out how similar Ross and I were. Soon after that we became friends who did almost everything together. It didn’t take long for this friendship to blossom into a beautiful relationship. From that point on we were inseparable.

After a year of dating, I started nursing school in Boston and Ross was living back home in Connecticut. Shortly after that the pandemic struck, and Ross moved in with me and my lovely uncles in April 2020. The 4 of us, despite what a tough time that was for the world, had a wonderful year living together and sharing many memories.

In May 2021, Ross made the big decision to move out West with me and that’s where we’ve been ever since. We spent 1 year in Long Beach, CA with my family, and then moved into our first apartment together. 1 year later, we moved to sunny Santa Monica, only a mile to the beach. We are only a few doors down from our closest friends and living our dream life. The most important part of our story was when we got our baby girl, Bowie. Our 3.5 year old mini aussie who has brought so much joy and love into our lives, and we truly can’t imagine our world without her.

Ross proposed this past summer on July 3rd in Provincetown, MA. Just us, the ocean, my favorite lighthouse (which I already had tattooed on my arm), on a sunny summer day. The perfect proposal, and the perfect way to start the rest of our lives as future husband & wife.
